- Pork or chicken mince

- Dark soy sauce (or substitute keycap manis)
 
- Light soy sauce
 
- Oyster sauce
 
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
 
- Holy basil (or substitute sweet basil)
 
- Red chillies (birdseye if you like it hot)
 
- 1 egg
 
- Jasmine rice
